with all orders there is a 50% non-returnable deposit required at the time of booking, with the balance + p&p due on delivery. all orders will be despatched by special delivery unless alternative arrangements are required. items can be split so you just pay for what you receive as items like place cards can be sent out much nearer the day as guest names will possibly change. it is advisable with the invites and place cards to allow for a few spare as circumstances do change at the last minute and you may need to call on your reserve list.

once an order becomes bespoke, additional costs will be incurred based on the time involved to come up with the final concept. please note that if you would like a sample made up I will charge a small amount for the preliminary work although this will be discounted from the final cost when you proceed.
